The work of innovation is lead by our general manager, implemented by our Research & Development Center. All the specialists and technicians cooperate altogether so they have a combination advantage. We've established "System of Technology Management" and "Define of Management of Technical Innovation", in which it regulates that the annual funds on technological innovation can't be less than 4% of the annual sales income, which ensures us have our core technology to keep ahead in the field of technology.
